Our Sessions

Our sessions are based on a 8 week theme around each of the disciplines of running these include distance, hills, speed, agility balance coordination, cross country and strength training. We are now able to offer training sessions almost everyday of the week.

Monday Morning Training session 0900 – Meet Point Varies – Trudi

Monday Night Training Session   6pm – Meet Point Varies – Run Leader Heidi

Monday Night Run (MNR) 6pm – Meeting Point varies , approximate distance 5km

Monday Night Training Session   7:15pm – Meet point varies – Run Leader Heidi

Tuesday Training Session 6:15pm Meet Stopham Close, West Worthing, Leader, Trudi.

Wednesday Training Session  9am – Meet Central Avenue, Coach Julia

Wednesday Training Session 6pm – Meet Central Avenue Coach Julia

Wednesday Night informal run, 6:15pm Meet Point varies approx 5km gentler paced

Thursday Training Session  9am – Meet Central Avenue, Findon Valley – Coach Julia 

Friday Training Session  9am – Meet Central Avenue, Findon Valley – Coach Julia 

Friday Training Session  1015am – Meet Central Avenue Findon Valley – Coach Julia 

Saturday Training Session (Mixed Abilities – 2-3 separate paces) 0845am – Meet Top of Central Avenue, Findon Valley – Coach Julia, Run leader Katey

Saturday Training Session (YOUTH 14- 18yrs old) combined with adult 0900am – Meet Central Avenue/May Tree Ave, Findon Valley – Run leader Emma

Saturday Training Session  10am – Meet point varies– Run leaders Katey & Trudi

Saturday Training Session 10am – Meet Central Avenue Coach Julia
