Our sessions are based on a 8 week theme around each of the disciplines of running these include distance, hills, speed, agility balance coordination, cross country and strength training. We are now able to offer training sessions almost everyday of the week.

Monday Night Run (MNR) 6pm – Meeting Point varies , approximate distance 5km
Monday Night Training Session (Beginners Plus – Steadier Pace) 7pm – Meet top of Central Avenue, Findon – Run Leader Heidi
Tuesday Training Session (Improvers) 6pm – Meet Cranleigh Road, Broadwater – Run leader Sinead
Tuesday Training Session (beginners) 615pm Meet Stopham Close, West Worthing, Leader, Trudi.
Wednesday Training Session (Beginners Plus) 9am – Meet corner of May tree Avenue and Central Avenue, Leader Emma
Wednesday Training Session (Intermediates) 6pm – Meet Cranleigh Road Broadwater – Run leader Sinead
Wednesday Night free run, 6pm Meet Sea Lane Cafe or other approximate 5km gentler paced
Thursday Training Session (Intermediates) 9am – Meet Central Avenue, Findon Valley – Coach Julia
